Para obter o colorido, é a mesma tecnica que po bolo colorido... <br />

Este esteve no forno a 180° durante 45 min, talvez por ser mais massa, ou por levar o oleo e ser uma forma sem buraco! Mas ir testando sempre com o palito ate sair seco! Se voces virem que comeca a ficar dourado por cima e ainda falta para terminar de cozinhar, ponha uma folha de alumino por cima!</div>

Simples, e boa...lololol<br /> Nesta utilizei 7 ovos, 7colheres de Sopa (das mais grandes que tiver) de acucar, e 7 colheres de sopa (igual as de acucar) de agua! Leve ao fogao ate ferver sempre mexendo, quando engrossar ta bom, tire do fogao e ponha de seguida no bolo nao deixe arrefecer!</span></div>

<br /> PREPARACAO<br /> Num tacho poe as gemas, o acucar, os velhotes, e vai se mexendo e pondo o leite aos poucos ate ficar liso! Levamos ao lume, ate ferver, depois de ferver diminuimos a temperatura do fogao, e deixamos no minimo durante uns 3 min sempre a mexer... batemos depois as claras em castelo e envolvemos tudo muito bem as claras em castelo no preparado anterior mesmo quente! Numa forma de pudim ou nao, untamos com caramelo e pomos la a "massa" na forma!<br /> Eu pus no frigorifico ate parecer solidificado para desenformar... BOm apetite</div>

Rolo de massa brisee( nao é a folhada é a outra lolol) Aquecer o forno a 180° e depois meter a massa a na tarteira durante 15 min!<br />

No entretantos é necessario 3 gemas de ovos, 50g de acucar e bater ate esbranquicar! Por a ferver 25cl de Leite, ajustar ao preparado anterior 20g de farinha, quando comecar a ferver o leite ajustar o leito ao preparado sempre a mexer... depois de ficar liso, ir ao fogo ate comecar a fazer bolinhas! Meter o creme na massa e por frutas a seu gosto...Servir frio!!!<br />

Junta se a manteiga e o acucar ate ficar creme (bati sempre com a batedeira), depois poe se os ovos 1 a 1 batendo 1a 1 tambem, junta se a farinha, o leite, e o fermento.<br />
Depois de bem batido divide se a massa... numa poe se o chocolate...<br />
Unta se a forma com manteiga e polvilha se com farinha, poe se uma camada de massa s/chocolate, e outra com chocolate, e assim ate terminar a massa das duas metades! Leva se ao forno por 40/45 min a 180°C ate cozer (eu pus 30min e depois deixei estar mais uns 10/15 min ate o palito sair seco, nao deixei cozer muito se nao fica muito seco tambem)! <br />

Num recepiente por a farinha e depois os ovos. Agora ajuste o leite progressivamente e va mexendo depois ajuste o Rhum.<br />
Uma vez a massa esteja homogenia, ajuste o acucar baunilha e a pitada de sal (eu ponho uma meia colher de sopa de acucar branco pois gosto de elas doces e extrato de baunilha 2 colheres de sobremesa)<br />

Deixe repousar a mistura durante pelo menos 1 hora... <br />
<br />
Faca aquecer uma frigideira, uma vez quente, com um pouco de papel de cozinha barre a frigideira, so para ficar oleosa.<br />
